Purchased a dining set from Concept Furnishings. This store has the best selection of modern high quality furniture in Scarborough along Kennedy Road. Rishad was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate it and will refer my friends to shop there.

Absolutely loved my experience at this furnishing store! The prices were amazing, offering great value for high-quality items. Not to mention, the delivery was super quick, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was fantastic, the selection was top-notch, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchases. I was pleased to find a furniture dealer on Kennedy that sells Natuzzi Italian furniture. Concept focuses on higher end Italian/European furniture which is unique among other furniture stores on Kennedy, most of which sell low-end products. I went to buy a Natuzzi but ended up getting an Incanto sofa. Rishad oversaw the delivery himself and took great care to ensure my needs were taken care of. If you're in the market for nicer furniture, check this place out!

I was very happy with my recent chairs’ purchase from Concept Furnishings and would highly recommend. Unlike other shops on Kennedy selling furniture (and, there are many), Concept offered unique designs that the others didn’t seem to have. I really appreciated Kashif’s patience during my decision making process and his quick responsiveness for a seamless exchange once I noticed manufacturers defects on some items.

This place has great options for Italian furniture. I ordered bed with night tables. The delivery was swift. However, I was delivered railing the were chipped on the corners that I mentioned on the delivery challan when signing and sent an email with proof fearing theses guys will disappear after delivery.
However, Kashif called me very next day and acknowledged my email and confirmed that the railings will be replaced. It took a few weeks but Kashif was constantly in touch and made sure I got the railings replaced.
Happy with the service and would recommend.

I went there to buy a dining table and order one with 8 chairs . 2 of the chairs were different were white and I told him to make sure that he will order like they were not all the same chairs , because I didn’t want to take the ones on the floor.He looked helpful because he wanted to hide his lies with that smile that he had. The chairs were old and had been there for almost 5 years he said. When the order came , he didn’t order what I wanted , what I told him, but he ordered the same chairs because his intention was to take 2 brand new ones and to give me the old ones. And that’s what happened. I called him so manyyyyy times. He didn’t answer. He was there because I was outside looking at him. He just didn’t want to answer. Then I went inside explain the situation and I would say that he that kind of person who makes the mistake and takes advantage of you. In conclusion I ended up with 2 floor chairs and I paid 5000$ for that??
