I love their sales, clean store, the staff are very pleasant they leave you alone to look around and yet as soon as you look at they come to asking do you need help with a smile and they won't leave or rush you until you tell them you're OK now! Everytime when I am in that plaza I must check them out and everytime I buy somethings forme or for my sisters. I am sure you will enjoy your time when you are there!

I was looking for a particular gift and they were kind enough to put it aside for me. Friendly and helpful staff. Well organized and clean store. It's great that Indigo keeps their smaller stores in the neighborhood.

Horrible customer service experience when trying to return a book that was bought a week ago from another Indigo location. The book was slightly worn when bought but we hadn't noticed it, nor did the store associate who sold it to us. Since it was meant for a gift, we thought to return or exchange at our closest store (the return policy clearly says that you can return items in a store-bought condition at any Chapters, Indigo or Cole's locations). The store associate started the conversation very rudely asking why we had bought something in that condition in the first place and then proceeded to tell us that we couldn't return it here unless there was a sticker that said this was the store-bought condition. I asked her where was the policy that says this. Not only was she unable to point to such a policy, she kept insisting that she can't take this item back because they can't resell it. Then she had the audacity to tell us, "guys come over on this side, I don't want to shout". This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a retail store...you'd think that with the popularity of online shopping, brick and mortar stores would be more vigilant about providing good customer service. The short-sightedness and rudeness of some people is mind-blowing sometimes. I'll never be shopping at this location again and if this is how they treat their customers, I won't be surprised if they eventually close.

Love this store and the selection of BL manga they have; not happy with phone converations when I call in about something here, if your employes cant handle helping a costumer and oping the store they sould not be opning on there own or plan out don't awnser the phone. when will it be a good time fore me to call back for help?

not that big of a store but it has good selection of books, specially for kids... nice employees too?
