I explained what I was looking for and although they did not have exactly what I was looking for other suggestion outfits were made and I walked out with this beautiful skirt. “I often shop at Hot-Topic (this location, aswell as others) but honestly my experience today was the best customer service I’ve ever received at any Hot Topic location. Drew, the store manager was absolutely lovely & so helpful! I originally just came in to browse earrings but Drew showed me I had some hot cash available, so I figured I’d buy a few things. Ontop of that, Drew went above and beyond to look at some earrings for me & picked out a cute pair of pants that I also ended up getting (they were a perfect fit & so cute!) Overall, it was a really positive experience & Drew made me feel really comfortable:) I would definitely come back to this location:)”

“This is a great spot for some fun thrifting. Decent items for low cost. A lot of clothing, jewellery, bags, shoes, DVDs/VHS, some kitchenware, textiles, books and toys.They have quite a few things on the floor that aren't priced; when I asked, the employee said, "pay what's fair".I over heard the employee explain that donations are accepted most business hours up to one hour prior to closing.No change rooms available.I believe it's a non-profit!”
“This has become my go-to place for any body jewelry. They've got a great selection for all types of piercings, and all jewelry pieces come with a lifetime warranty on them. Also, as a bonus, if you buy 6 pieces of jewelry, you get the 7th free, which is great if you're like me and like swapping jewelry often. And of course the staff here are always lovely every time I go in, no complaints!”

“I have owned one piece from this designer for about 4 years now, and have been dying to add to my Tonia Debellis collection ever since! EVERY time I wear my Molly jacket I get compliments. My sister-in-law loves mine so much she went out and bought three of her own.Recently I purchased some TD items on line, and the customer service I received was the best I have ever experienced anywhere. I made an error on sizing, and Customer Service worked with me to make sure I was happy with my purchases. She was always quick to respond, SUPER helpful, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I LOVE all of my new Tonia Debellis items. They are so flattering. “Amazing Service from both Dre & Jaiden!Walked into the store today to return an item that was defective, and these two kindly helped me out.Even though the item was not purchased from this location, they were very apologetic that I’ve went through this inconvenience and this was the first time i’ve seen associates treat me this well.A1 Customer Care and was treated better than when I visit luxury boutiques.I hope the managers know that you have selected great employees to take charge of the store, and that i’d like to come back to potentially buy some shirts and goods in the future.”

“Utsav was very patient and kind. He was wonderful when I had to do multiple returns so I can repurchase the sweaters I bought originally during Black Friday but in the correct size. He was very efficient but made sure the return went well by putting it on the gift card so I can repurchase what I needed but in the correct size and more instead of waiting 1 business day to get my money back so I can buy it again. He was very patient, kind, funny, and energetic. Overall a very positive experience. This Old Navy location always gave my family and wonderful customer service. I recommend coming here. There’s always something for everyone.”

“This is one of the moments and experience I have had thanks to first Zhahra and cecila. Starting off we went to the kids section where initially we were finding it tough to decide trackpants for my nephew as my mom and myself were shopping for him for back home.I came across the fantastic not only assistance but also pragmmatic recommendations made by zhahra which made me sign up for promotions and becoming the member of the shopping spree which never came in my mind special thanks to zhahra for it. She is not only the employee but more than that as she was doing her job with passion and helping cecila and she herself was very calm and patient with us as we were discussing and deciding in outfit she made sure other customers get attended and she balanced it well.Zhahra made my life easy in shopping me being not the best person to be around in shopping as I am always rushing but her persona and recommendation never made me feel like I was barely shopping.My special thanks to both of them and especially zhahra her customer handling, professionalism is very strong and she is the kind of person who give and treat people with respect.I would be shopping again in gap very soon and my special thanks and commendations to both of them for making me feel active and made my experience one of the best to remember.”
