Terrible customer service. The person that answered the phone had no idea what they were doing and was, in fact, very rude. They tried to end the call as quickly as possible rather than listening to my questions, and interrupted me several times. The Progress Campus students deserve way better than this.

It might be a great bookstore but too darn hard to get to with the pandemic hurdles.

You buy $200+ textbooks then don't use them.If I knew what I knew now I wouldn't have fell for the college scam just to sell you textbooks that you'll never read.I spent 4 years here and did not use any of the textbooks.

The Majority of staffs working there is absolutely no help. They are not at all concerned about the situation of international students or their money. We rented one textbook as per our faculty’s instruction and after One week he allowed us to use alternative sources. Even after one day of they due date they are not ready to accept the book or return the money we paid. We a bunch of six students are really disappointed with their behaviour especially the person who talk with us. They were rude and not even wanted to listen what we wanna say. We thought this as a service for the students studying in this college but realize it is nothing but a place to earn profit by exploiting the students. Really disappointed.

The staffs at the Bookstore are not very helpful to the students. The staffs need to be trained or re-trained about soft skills and how to handle an excellent customer care and service. All they care about is dismiss students in queue. As a third party institution, not owned by Centennial College, it clearly shows that the Bookstore is just after the revenue and not the students' overall welfare. Outside the bookstore, other employees in the campus are very helpful, unlike the staffs at the bookstore.

Not a great experience. No one told me that it takes 48hours to process your time table before you can pick up books so I wasted my time. I was also told that you are charged $25+ extra for plus size uniforms. If this true , it's disgusting and I will be speaking to the right people to get to the bottom of it.

Books are overpriced with no sales. Don't accept returns for reasons like stains on the bottom of the book which was not caused by the purchaser but in order to save their hide, they won't take it back. Some options they have like renting is sort of reasonable but not widely available for every book. They don't keep enough stock of books but there are ebook options sometimes. 3 out of 5 stars unless they introduced some kind of sale option.

Its okay, i mean i didn't have very pleasant experience with some of the employees I've encountered. They need to seriously take their tracking of the book when ordering a book serious though, because i waited half of my semester for a textbook that i need in order to do work properly in the class to only find out the order was cancelled and i had to reorder. The books are pretty expensive for multiple pieces of thick paper that you have to do assignments based on the book. For textbook, just find a friend or a classmate to share the pdf textbook or buy from some student. Otherwise, like its a college with probably college staff. What'd you expect?
