My wife & I were recently rear ended, & through our insurance, we were recommended to Carstar Scarborough North East. Hannsika, Tiana, Mary, Frank and the entire staff were amazing. They totally took care of us & our 2021 Toyota Rav 4 LE AWD. They helped me arrange pick up and drop off for a rental, they kept me updated the whole way. I would highly recommend them to anyone & everyone for those looking for a shop that will help get your vehicle, back on the road after an accident. Thank you so very much!

My passenger seatbelt got stuck in the door latch and the door wouldn't open/shut. I went to CARSTARs and they immediately helped me out and fixed my door. Frank and his staff was extremely helpful and accommodating!

Took my car in for a rear quarter panel repair. They provided an estimate online, and set up an appointment for me to bring my car in. They had Enterprise send a shuttle to pick me up so I didn’t have to arrange for transportation. Picked up my rental without delays to my schedule. I received regular updates about the repair progress. My car was ready ahead of schedule, and they arranged a time for me to pick it up and drop off the rental. It was great to be able to drop off the rental at their location rather than driving down to Enterprise. The repairs were done very well, and my car was very clean inside and out when I picked it up. Very happy with the process and the repairs, and will definitely be returning here in the future.

We chose this shop for a repair done through our insurance. The entire experience was pleasant, professional and everything was done in a short amount of time. The ladies there are amazing, especially Hansikka, many thanks to her for taking care of everything. The car was properly fixed, very happy with the repairs and with the entire experience.

Awesome. I wish I was aware of this shop before. They have done excellent job on my van. Couple days ago I had some issue with the cooling-heating system. I was just in the area and pooled over, Frank took a quick look and he knew exactly what the problem was. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I would definitely recommend this place. Place, that people are honest and do excellent job.
