From the first phone call I made to them to when I drove my car home after being repaired CARSTAR SNE were absolutely top notch. They brought me in right away to assess the damage and quickly had a quote for my insurance company. My insurance company was making my life miserable and taking forever to green light my repairs but as soon as they did CARSTAR was ordering my parts and brought me in as soon as they arrived, showing me what great customer service really looks like. While the repairs were being done they were providing updates throughout and when the repairs were done they were very accommodating when I needed an extra day to pick up my vehicle due to work. The work was impeccable to the point where my wife mistook the undamaged side for the side that had been repaired. Hansikka, my contact at CARSTAR throughout the process was extremely professional, friendly and made a bad situation so much better. I can also say the same for the rest of the staff I met. I would absolutely (!) recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best possible service and experience.

I just picked up my car from Carstar after all repairs were done. I must say the whole experience with Carstar throughout the process was exemplary and very professional. Very bad customer service by guy working in the office on the computer so rudeI have picked up my car Toyota Camry from CARSTAR, they fixed front bumper,But created another problem, there are some bubble on the body of car that wasn’t available when I dropped my car.When I asked him the guy was in office, he accepted and said because of power wash this happened, but he rudely said and repeated it’s not his fault.Looks like they wash the car with power washed on very high PSI and this coz a bubble on the cars body.

I would 100% recommend CARSTAR for your vehicle repairs. I was on a time crunch and Frank and his team did the most to get the repairs done in time! They are a very friendly and knowledgeable team, I have no complaints.

Excellent experience at this CarStar location. Very professional staff. They coordinated everything with my insurance company and the rental car. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car. I will definitely recommend CarStar Scarborough North East.
