“Recently I rent a Mercedes suv from this location to drive to USA with my family for small holiday vacation and middle of the highway in the night the tire got busted next day I went to different enterprise location in state they were not able to give me same car due to having different policy for different country, having said that I got switched to different car but it was not suv and was not luxury car as I had and when I came to canada and told the location about the whole story they take care of the whole situation specifically Lala and Samira. Since due to all this inconvenience me and my family has to go through they actually waived off the entire payment and compensate me . The staff were extremely helpful and was extremely nice. Definitely recommend this location specifically for the costumer service. They for sure do have great agents.”

Everything was explained well, and he was very friendly and patient to address all of my concerns. I had gone with a tensed mind as it was my first time taking a rental, however Mr. Vineeth's reassurance put me at ease.
