They brought me in right away to assess the damage and quickly had a quote for my insurance company. My insurance company was making my life miserable and taking forever to green light my repairs but as soon as they did CARSTAR was ordering my parts and brought me in as soon as they arrived, showing me what great customer service really looks like. While the repairs were being done they were providing updates throughout and when the repairs were done they were very accommodating when I needed an extra day to pick up my vehicle due to work. The work was impeccable to the point where my wife mistook the undamaged side for the side that had been repaired. Hansikka, my contact at CARSTAR throughout the process was extremely professional, friendly and made a bad situation so much better. I can also say the same for the rest of the staff I met.
