I cannot stress enough how awful my experience was at the Canadian Tire (4630 Sheppard Ave E), particularly the car service department. If you value your time and money, do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.
I had a nail in my tire, and it was obvious the damage was nowhere near the sidewall, so there was absolutely no need to remove the entire wheel just to check. Yet, without my knowledge, they took it off anyway, as the service area is restricted to customers. After the fact, I was hit with an inspection fee, only for them to tell me the tire could not be fixed. Guess what? I got it fixed somewhere else for LESS than what they charged me for the inspection!
To make things even worse, they had the audacity to ask for another $60 just to put my spare tire on, or I could buy a new tire for $200-$300 so they could waive the inspection fee.
This place is nothing short of a scam. They will feed you lies and manipulate you into paying ridiculous amounts for something that should have been a simple fix. Disgusting, dishonest, and downright infuriating. I will never set foot in this store again, and I urge everyone to stay far away from this nasty place.

I have beef with this location. Always see that stuff is in stock online but when I get there it's not out on the shelf or in stock at all. And if it is it's not even in the right place. Shame that I have to drive like 30 minutes out of the way to find a good Canadian tire.

Very rude behaviour of Manager for Vehicle maintenance. Action should be taken by canadian tire on such people. Customer satisfaction zero, manager attitude 100%.

I am absolutely furious with my experience at Canadian Tire! I went there ready to buy a ping pong table that was $200 off, but the employee refused to even show me the product. When I asked her where it was, she flat-out said no and wouldn’t let me see it! Who does that? I was willing to make the purchase on the spot, but then she had the nerve to tell me it would cost $200 for shipping. I said I didn’t need shipping because I had my van and could transport it myself, but she still said no, claiming my van was "too small." EXCUSE ME? She didn’t even bother to see how big my van was, and I wasn’t even allowed to see the size of the table to confirm!
This is beyond ridiculous. I am outraged by the lack of respect and basic customer service. I left in complete disbelief. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a store, and I hope that employee gets fired! Canadian Tire, you need to do better. This was an absolute disgrace.

*ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BEHAVIOURAL ATIQUETTE* I Had A Very Very Bad Experience Since I Came To The Canada And Never Gonna Buy Any Products From CANADIAN TIRE STORE. I Bought Some Product From This Store After My Tern I Went To The Counter To Ask If These Guys Are Hiring For The Job Or Not The Lady Talking So Rudely In Very Disrespectful Tone When I Said Okay Sure Then She Again Shouted And Told Not Here Just Wait To The Another Counter. I Felt So Bad And Ask For The Manager To Raise These Concerns And One Lady Supervisor Came She Probably Seems Her Good Friend With A Facial Expression And Asked Me That What Happened I Explain The Whole Scenario And She Was Explaining Me That you Need To Check She Probably Had Another Customer Or She Might Be Busy Or Something But In Actual She Don’t Had Any Customer Or Any Person To Attain. The Lady Supervisor Was Totally Doing Her Colleague Favour That That Your Fault And Not Her. Such A Disappointed Behaviour Which Probably Spoiled My Day. Really Management Team Or HR Team Should Identify These Type Of Employees And Should Fire Them. While Applying The Job They Ask For The Customer Service Like They Are The Best In The World For The Same And While The Actual Behaviour Of The Staff Disappoints And Spoils The Customers Day.
