I went to this branch. The employee was very rude and shouted very loudly. She was again rude during billing. She asked us to unpack the items from the basket and also yelled again to keep the basket back in place. I highly suggest to change this employee as it really spoil the mood while shopping?? Most bad thing is even after all this she showed faces and said something indirectly!
Very worst experience! i would never visit this branch again. too bad!

Waste of Gas and time driving in traffic I specifically called in advance and asked if there is sunflower seeds in shall raw and salted, Jessica verified yes. Got to the store and it’s not there. Poor customer service

Amazing service by the staff here. Especially Jesnavi. She is very informative and has top notch customer service skills. Next time you visit bulk barn , look out for Jesnavi. She will go above and beyond to help you find everything and make your trip to the store efficient

In general, the place is good, but I’m disappointed, it’s 5:46 and it’s already closed, although they’re open until 6pm, apparently no baked goods today...

The place is neat and clean. I also appreciate the listing of ingredients for the nuts. But I find two recurring themes that don't appeal to me:1. Hardly any organic nuts are available2. Dry roasted nuts are missing. Most roasted nuts are roasted in added oil. I am looking for roasted nuts, especially Brazil nuts, that have no additional ingredients. Just dry roasted, please.

Agree with many of the other reviews, in that this place is clean and the team is usually very helpful and friendly. Today however i had one of those moments where, i guess, the cashier thought customer service is to watch me pack up my purchase. I know I'm getting a bargain but does that mean the cashier cannot help pack the bag?
