Tody I visited this shop and wanted to share my positive experience with the employees. They were incredibly polite and welcoming. When my wife accidentally touched the hemp seed bins despite the many signs warning against it, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. They took the time to show us the signs, which we hadn’t noticed (Seriously didn't notice it). This level of care and service is commendable! Thank you both of you.
It would be great if more grocery stores, like Walmart and No Frills, could implement similar signage to prevent misunderstandings.

I stopped in to pick up a few things from this location this afternoon and I had such an amazing experience. First, I was greeted by the store Supervisor Michelle who was very thoughtful as she held the door open for me. I use a cane. Her smile is infectious with such warmth. Then while at the check out, the associate Rose was very friendly, warm and patient with me. I felt so valued and seen. The store is immaculate, very well organized and bright.
The level of excellence I received will definitely have me coming back to this location. Thank you for your kindness and superb customer service Queens!

I visited this site sometime this week and was pleased with my experience.
The attendant was very helpful to me in locating some items that I couldn't locate. She was very pleasant and patient.

Honestly never thought I would have to write a bad review for bulk barn. Firstly the employees are not attentive at ALL, not sure who’s doing the hiring but do better. Another thing is when you’re working with food hygiene is important, which clearly these workers do not find of importance. I shouldn’t be smelling body odour and marijuana when I’m trying to pick up food. And lastly the cashier I went to, which I believe I heard that her name was Rose or Rosa was terrible. She was very rude , had a bad attitude and overall was not not a people person. Do better, thanks.

**UPDATE**The cashier prank called me saying that she’s the police and has received a complaint against me from one of the employee. I pity for her shallow state of mind and request Bulk barn to fire her immediately.Original -I visited this store to pick up my online order today. The cashier charged me 10$ more than the actual order. When I showed her the receipt, she got fumbled and asked me to wait on another counter. After 15 minutes, when I requested her to attend me; she said "Your coupon didn't work, that's not our problem. You have to wait". I calmly asked her that if someone else is going to attend me. To which she said, some manager will come to the counter and fix the chargeback to my card. Well , another 15 minutes passed and she walked to the back of the store and came back with two tenders of 5$ each, out of which one tender was torn. I asked her to replace that tender to which she again rudely said that "it's just 5 dollar, not a big deal".I then asked her to share her employee ID or name but she got defensive and didn't share.The cashier didn't have a basic decency to speak to the customer. Looking at all the reviews, I think Bulk Barn must retrain her on how not to be rude.**To everyone's benefit, she was middle aged lady.***

Staff was friendly. Not all Bulk Barn carry the same items and their website should updated. I wanted to purchase drink crystals, two locations in Scarborough did not carry them. I sent an inquiry with head office which location carries the item. The reply was, unfortunately they don't carry the item anymore. I was a disappointed.

Everyone in the store will treat you like theif ,this the first time I am visiting bulkbarn but I am not visiting again because of customer service.so don't think about coming to this shop ever I am going shop in another bulk barn which is near my house.this one sucks .worst customer service especially there is lady with braids she treated me like I am going to Rob the store ,please people in management do something about this issue.i visited the shop at Thursday 7 .00 pm 1 Nov. And I purchased mixed nuts and oats.this place sucks I will never come back here.
