There is enough variety, as is to be expected from a Bulk Barn. The staff can be hit or miss based on when you go, but overall I haven't had any terrible encounters while shopping there. Most of them are friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to help.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. The staff is consistently rude and impolite, clearly lacking the skills to handle customers with respect. There's an older woman with a boy-cut hairstyle who stands out for her incredibly disrespectful attitude. She made our experience truly awful, and we're left feeling extremely disappointed. It's no surprise that this location has so many negative reviews, especially regarding the unpleasant staff. We will never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid this Bill Barn location. 0 stars.

The place is good but there is a woman there who is extremely rude and insulting. I shopped at 20:49:37 (night time) an old lady with ink all over. She was very insulting and rude. Refrain from going there just because she is bad. Bulk Barn take action against her. You lost a customer

It's pretty much what you would expect from a bulk barn. There is a wide selection of candy and ingredients you can get your hands on here. I haven't gas any problems with the items being stocked up. The service is good the staff are friendly and it's usually not busy. If you are in need of candy in bulk, then this is the right place for you. The only reason I don't rate this place 5 stars is because it's just your average bulk barn, nothing special about it. It's almost painfully average. Overall, not a bad place to shop if they have what you need. No complaints.

I visited Bulk Barn today with the intention of purchasing all-purpose flour and other baking products. Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn when I approached the chocolate section. An elder woman worker confronted me, questioning if I intended to buy anything or was just "play around.". Despite explaining my purpose, the worker grabbed the scoop from my hand, insisting I "stop touching that" and “leave”. This condescending behaviour extended to my boyfriend, and we both felt unfairly treated. It’s unfortunate considering we had been minding our own business the entire time and looking to purchase goods as everyone else in the store was. Although we may look younger, our stature and appearance shouldn't justify such disrespectful treatment. It's disappointing that a simple shopping trip turned into an unpleasant encounter due to the inappropriate behaviour of a staff member. We left the store empty handed as we no longer felt welcome, taking our business elsewhere. I hope Bulk Barn addresses such behaviour to maintain a welcoming environment for all customers.
