Went to Bluenotes on the weekend. They had a great deal, but 1 get 2 free. But once I walked into the store, I felt overwhelmed by the mess the store was in. Mind you, it was 12pm when I went but the floors looked like it was never swept, literally piles of clothes everywhere, store smelt of mildew and not a single staff member was seen besides the cashier. Such a shame for a company that used to have high standards.

Worst shopping experience ever. Rude employees , especially the manager.She is rude to most of the customers except to the rich people. Me and my friend had to face this rude lady 2 twice. And Dear Bluenotes, I would like to know if your employees are aware of the closing time. The mall closing time is 9, but stc Bluenotes closes it's door at 8.30. after that they won't let the customer inside to use the trial room for atleast 2 min. Last time my friend had to convince the manager to use the trial room for 2 minutes @8.36 pm. And after closing so early, i have seen these employees near the billing counter laughing and chit chatting. If you are hiring such bad people to manage your store, nobody will visit the store. I won't visit the store again and I won't suggest the store to anyone.

The store have incredible deals and trendy items however lately the staff here are becoming extremely rude and not customer oriented. I came November 29 and found pants I like, tried them and went to the cashier to purchase. The price doesn’t match the advertised price. I calmly asked the cashier how much is the pants and she said 19.99 I told her I got it from the shelf which clearly show 14.99 the said cashier was so rude and said “I am telling you this pants is 19.99 do you want it” I told her I want it for the price that was showing in the shelf where I got it and she keeps repeating herself and the conversation is not going anywhere. I asked if I can speak to a manager as she clearly do not want to listen she steps back and said “here I am the manager how can I help you”. Thanks to the manager side of her that she made an exception for their mistake of not removing old prices. I hope that higher management looks into this details as it ruins the whole customer experience.

As a clothes store, bluenotes is great, especially when it comes to sales, variety and uniqueness. However, there is much more to a good store that this location at least needs to work on. Last weekend, I visited this store, and it was a mess. The clothes was all over the place, unfolded and mixed up. I assume that this is a result of there being no stickers to indicate sizes on the clothes themselves, forcing customers to unfold them when looking for their size. Not only does this make it messier as the day progresses, but it makes it extremely difficult to find things, because all categories are practically the same pile of everything. On another note, while this doesn't apply to everyone I dealt with, numerous staff at this location were inpatient and rude. Hopefully someday the store can evolve from this chaotic state, it's unfortunate for a place with a lot of potential

I just entered this store to buy some jeans. The staff was like " bro i just cleaned everything". That pissed me off. Then she said if you want something ask me. I can take what i want, i know my size and stuff. She was so rude and i said i dont need your swrvice and came out the store. Id been uaing bluenotws almost 10 years and never experience such a bad treatment. I will never ever step on any bluenotes in my life.
I went to tommy, and took my jeans with great customer service.

I visited Bluenotes - Scarborough Town Center. I wanted to return my purchased clothes. That manager was so rude to me that she even didn't talk to me. Worst customer service I faced ever in my life.No manners to speak with customer. No gratitude, she even don't know how to deal with customers.I can understand there might be some reason not to accept returns. But she even don't have courtesy to tell customer that we can't accept returns due to .....Note: Store was not busy, most of employees including manager were busy in gossiping rather than assisting customersI am really upset with this customer service.Requesting to teach some manners to employees/managers.Location:300 Borough Dr, Scarborough, ON M1P 4P5Date and time of arrival: 4th June 2023, 1-1:30pm.
