this store sells fakes silver jewelry, last year i bought a silver bracelet as a bday gift for a friend, the store said its sterling silver, and it has a stamp of s925. Recently i saw my friend again and found out the bracelet turned shinny brown color on all the edges, i tried to clean it with tooth paste, soaked in hot water with salt and tin foil, but the brown color stayed the same, it is definitely Silver plated over copper but they sell it as sterling silver, stamp is meaningless, pls all of u should check the pieces you bought

Thank you Wendy who is working at STC location for helping my mother and I to find jewelry for my mom (for my wedding). She is very patient and was more than happy to help us out and we tried on 3-4 necklaces and a few bracelets before deciding. She also gave suggestions and really helped us look for matching sets.
I haven’t been to bitter sweet since highschool but I’m glad to have a great experiencing having shopped at this company again!

I was looking for this Casio watch in store everywhere and was able to find it at bitter sweet jewelry. Great customer service, I am very happy with my purchase. Just be aware that there is no refund policy if you're looking to buy from this shop.
