Honest, great customer service, and best of all, better than fair/competitive pricing! (and I shopped around beforehand)
Was highly recommended to Terence by my Osteologist teacher/mentor, and I won't ever be going to any other car dealer again!
My lease was coming up for my VW Jetta, and I was on the market either for either a new van or suv. Not only was Terence able to secure me a new 2024 Tiguan within a relatively short period of time (one of the last ones in the color and style I wanted), he got me the best price/equity for my VW Jetta.

Great car deal and offers. Nothing too fancy but the salesman is not pushy at all. The whole buying used car experience was smooth despite the chaotic nature of his business. The wait time was a little too long at times though.
