The owner of the place is a very nice man and he always tries to help. I’ve been going to this location for over 6 years and never had a problem. I noticed the door sometimes closed, but it’s due to the owner being in the bathroom for some reasons. Please be patient the store being closed for few minutes doesn’t mean that the service sucks or he is a rude person.

Went there to go pick up my package after receiving UPS notification. After sticking provided my ID and the person couldn’t find my package showed tracking number and notification and wasn’t able to find my Package. I hope UPS stop delivering packages to them.

Came on my break to pick up a package that was delivered here and it's closed in the middle of the day. Meanwhile it's supposed to be open from 10am-9pm....Update. Went there today (2 days later) within operating hours still closed. The hours of operation needs to be updated because this is honestly ridiculous! Wasting my time and gas

I have been going to this place for years and have never thought to look at their google reviews because I never had a problem and its as surprise to see this many bad reviews. The owner has never been rude to me and I have never had a problem getting whatever I needed from them. I think most of these people are trolls, sensitive, or racist. The man who works here has an accent and its clear English isn't his first language but it's not bad where you can't understand. They must be misunderstanding his tone or something because this is actually ridiculous. well mannered individual who has been running this place for years and has never spoken to me in any ill manner before. If your check most of the reviews the people are either not real or trolls, I mean how are people in United States commenting on their experience here?

I saw the guy at the UPS counter came out of the staff bathroom without washing his hands. The rude one with an accent. Disgusting won't come back here again.
