Extremely disappointing service and lack of product knowledge among staff. I asked five different employees if they carried label printers—three of them at the entrance directed me to the Geek Squad. When I asked the Geek Squad members, they spent six minutes looking it up on their devices, seemingly unfamiliar with what a thermal label printer is. I had to explain the basic difference between laser and thermal printers as if I were training them. In the end, they couldn’t even confirm if they had any. This isn’t my first experience with poorly informed staff here. They really need more thorough training. Even waiters know better.

Im leaving a review at this BestBuy location due to the outstanding customer sevice! I was pleasantly and promptly greeted by Melissa who also helped we with the various inquiries I came in with on my most frequent visit to Best Buy. I was astounded to hear that Melissa is a relatively new hire due to her willingness to help find the solutions I needed, as opposed to directing me to another department or associate. This type of service is not common these days. I'm giving this location a high rating due to my customer experience with the current staff namely Melissa. Thanks again for your help if you do read this review.

I went yesterday to the store to buy a dryer. The person helped me named MISHRA was an excellent person. He understands my need, show me the different kinds of dryer, was not annoying like others who is jumping to many customers at a time and don’t pay attention to anyone. He was very attentive and supportive all through my purchase .I highly satisfied with his service. I highly recommend Mr.Mishra if anyone wants to buy any appliances. And at last I want to thank Mr. Mishra for his service.

There was an associate Nathan who was supposed to greet customers by the entrance but instead his head was down the entire time on his phone.
He had no regard to greet or help any customers and the cashier line up was about to explode. Customers were lining up both for customer service and cashing out because the customer service booth was empty. If it wasn’t because of his coworker that got him to support the cashier line he would probably be still on his phone. Absolutely unprofessional and not sure why he would even be in this industry.

I ordered my iPhone 16 pro max on September 25,2024. I was told by their mobile team that if you pre order phone can come fast and will take max 1 week. I asked that are you sure?. He said yes definitely because he wanted me to pre order. After a week also I didn’t got any call. On 3rd October I again went to store to check if its available. They said when it will come we will call you but at this time we don’t have anything. The staff was so rude. On 4th October I got a call at 1:29pm from best buy phone number. So I went again to pickup my phone and staff was changed but I found the guy who pre ordered for me. When I asked for my order he told.we don’t have anything for you still. I was so disappointed that why did they called if they didn’t have my order. They are just wasting my time. I wanted buy phone in an emergency because I am going for my trip.
I really want proper service from best buy. It’s very disappointing. When you want customer you treat them well and when you are done with your targets you don’t even care about them.

Worst Experience ever. Just came out of the store. Asked an employee where can i find heater he just pointed me to the microwave area and said I’ll find it there. But decided not to show me since he is too busy talking to his co-worker. Went to the area and I found Microwaves and air purifiers but not the heater decided to go to someone else for help. This employee again decided to point me to go to air purifier air and look I’ll find it there but again conversation with her coworker seemed more important. I’ not sure if it a store policy not to leave your designated area but I’m in sales background and if someone come to me and say they want to buy my company’s product I’m doing my best to sell it. There was an employee in air purifier section but he was busy explaining different features of blender to a client i wish i could wait for him but i was in a hurry.

I came to the shop on monday 7-oct-2024.i took best buy insurance for 2 years and I had some issues with the headset when I contacted they said it cannot be claimed here and no one even care to give some basic direction in the shop all the employees are rude especially the manager [white women].I toom bought headphones and took best buy insurance .so please try not to buy gadgets or laptop from this shop try to buy from other best shops period.

Do not bother ordering anything in store. They will just mess it up some how. I guess they are too focused on being paid to gossip. Go on the website yourself and just deliver it to your home. Also, they are terrible at selling and pushing warranty. At least work on your sales pitch if you are gonna attempt to sell me junk lol. Discounts are also better online and delivery is free with no hassle. I tried to pick up something I ordered at this location but it took forever to find staff and they are always out of stock ? Good luck if you are forced to go here. Its like going to the pits of hell.

This is the most egregious location I have ever been to. The manager is clearly extremely incompetent if there are 10 employees on the floor and none of them are tending to customers. The most offensive part is the workers do not know how to help the customer. I waited 1 hour to get assistance and afterwards went through 3 different workers who all didnt know how to find the product I was looking for. They even messed up my transaction which I had to go back and fix myself. Anytime you mention that they have made a mistake they lack accountability. I dont know why a simple apology and rectifying the situation is so difficult. The employee was so rude to me she made me cry on my way back home even though I was nice about it. Ironically it was their error due to incompetence which was eventually fixed but they act like you popped their favourite balloon. Sadly this is upper management's fault because they are too busy making excuses instead of spending time properly training their employees. I could not even blame it on the store being busy since no one was doing anything. And instead of showing human decency the store greeters just mocked me. Clearly this location's company culture is very toxic if they all have an attitude. If this does not get fixed soon this franchise location will go bankrupt in a couple of years.

I kid you not. Everytime i go to best buy nobody would care to sell me anything. It’s probably the opposite. Customers would need to reach out to the representative. Ask a question, they give you zero knowledge about it. You ask something in detail they’ll just say to you just buy it and return it.

Bought a TV. Delivery has been canceled THREE TIMES! Wrong address, wrong zone code, delivery company not receiving item. Last minute calls on deliver date to inform me they couldn't deliver my TV. Worst shopping experience ever!
Follow up: custom services provide ZERO help. Returned entire order for a refund. Even had to go to the store TWICE to get all my refund. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BESTBUY AGAIN.
