William paid me back $10,000. I leased an rs7 here in 2020 and drove it for a few months. It was repossessed and said that I drove the mileage over the limit. Literally scammer thats him, he took it away directly and stayed away from this dealership.

Worst used car shop ever, selling me a defect car with airbag malfunction, charges me $1600 for standard safety check, and promised me to fix the air bag problem with 36 days warranty, the air bag wasn’t fixed and the air bag light appeared again after 30 days, they refused to fix it and refused to refund. NEVER come here for cars if you want to get scammed and report them to MTO don’t work.

Unprofessional, fake safeties first car was a melon second car they took away from me when I was on top of them with the payment issues, and when they took the car, I had no paperwork and now they’re ignoring me when I could’ve paid the car in full. Be careful they’re very sneaky, they’ll let you take the car make payments let you miss a couple and then come and take the car and all the money you put into it and then you’re left with nothing And then they resell it, and make double their profits and I’ve been trying to reach for three months now and they are ignoring Be aware!!!

I wish didn’t have to choose a star for this place of business. I would rate them at a ZERO.Company is managed by extremely unprofessional dimwits with poor communication skills and horrible business ethics. Thank you so much for your unreliable service and support and I would personally thank Mr. Amir Heidari and David (BBA Auto group) for their un cooperativeness and dismissive attitude.DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES FOR SERVICE AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM(AUTOAUTO GROUP & BBA AUTO). NOT WORTH THE TIME AND HASSLE TO DEAL WITH THEM!FYI - they would never attend your calls or even acknowledge correspondence.

Just purchased a Kia Sorento from them and it's a great vehicle for a reasonable price. Nik was friendly and pretty helpful. As long as you have done your research and go in prepared (as you should with any dealership), you'll be fine. Everything went smoothly and from the day I test drove the car, I had financing, certification and pickup within 6 days.

ALERT! BEAWARE! ALERT!These people are FRAUD donot give them you money, whether purchasing or financing which is even worse. And use your own intellect, they treat you nicely until you start doing busines with them then their true colors shows. They will asked you to give them good ratings because their reputation is already. Even their mechanic is not to be trusted, they are all in cauhutse. Do your research properly.FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

Bought my car first here, for a nice price too . As soon as I got car insurance it was a go! As easy as that!I was dealt with Nik. I highly recommend asking for him as well as seeing him in regards to gaining more insight on the car of interest. He is very respectful, has a broad knowledge of vehicles in the lott, easy going, very cool, easy to communicate with and spoke well. Quick to follow up and he never pressured me into making a purchase like most used car dealership do.Hey Nik, my LX coupe still going strong and will come back for a fully loaded vechicle, in due time.
