I bought my first car here back in June and the process went very smoothly. Lorrie was very nice to walk my family and I through what we needed as it was our first time purchasing A car. I was able to pick out which one I wanted, took it for a test drive, and after a few days and a few paperwork, the car was mine! Thank you so much to Lorrie. We will definitely come back here to purchase a car for my sister!

Our experience here was amazing. Upon arrival, we were kindly greeted by Lorrie, who was able to point out a few options based on what we were looking for. Although it took a few days for us to agree on the best one for us, Lorrie didn't pressure us at all. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. After being able to test drive, we decided which vehicle we wanted. The mechanics next door were able to fix and certify our vehicle within a few days. Our vehicle runs perfectly, and we are extremely happy with our experience and purchase from Amber Motors! We will definitely be returning here when we need another vehicle.

I bought a ford focus from amber motors this week. Certified and ready to go! Great customer service from Lorrie and the rest of the staff. Answered all of my questions as I was a little nervous buying another vehicle. I visited again later in the week as I had questions and they quickly looked at the car and made sure everything was good. Felt very comfortable with with the car and staff by the time I purchased. Thank you for getting me into my new vehicle! Can't wait for summer road trips again!

Went looking for a reasonably priced car,there were several on the lot. I looking at 3 different ones I wasn't pressured in anyway which I can say was a relief because that's not the case with a couple of the other used car lots in the area. I was comfortably able to ask questions then was left alone again with nobody hovering over me. Unfortunately didn't find anything that I liked but because of my experience I will definitely keep looking at their inventory.

Thank you Ed, John & Lorrie for the car I bought from you, back on July 2017. It runs smooth, it is low on gas and overall it's a very good vehicle. The price was also excellent! This was the second car I bought from you and it will certainly not be the last one. Keep up with good job and high quality on your cars.

Not worth the time and effort, money down the drain, oh definitely the right place, buyer beware! If you plan on buying a vehicle bring a real licensed mechanic with you. These people are all about the money they dont care who they rip off because once you drive off with your so called certified vehicle go get a safety and certification done guaranteed to fail, fail, fail, fail. Funny how they are quick to response to negative reviews ??? yet don't take the time or effort to help you with the problems one day after purchasing a so called certified vehicle.

Our experience with Amber Motors was exceptional! We live 6 hours away, Lorrie was very accommodating and helped us Certify the car within a couple days (Would’ve been 1 day if the parts came in). Very prompt, good communication and kept us updated for the entire progress. The pathfinder we bought from them is running beautifully and we are very happy with it! Lorrie is a sweetheart and the mechanics are knowledgeable. They took us out for a test drive and pointed out things that need to be fixed with honesty. If you’re ever looking for a used vehicle we totally recommend Amber Motors 10/10.

we bought a car for my daughter less than a month ago her and father went in to see the car and was told that the most repairs done for the car if bought as is would be an air filter and a muffler clamp, a week later we went to see the car once more and when we went for a “test drive” (red flag) the dealer test drove the car it did sound a little bit scary at first but he assured us the car was fine if we got the clamp fixed the car would be fine. we bought the car almost 6000 and as soon as my daughter took it there we’re already issues off the bat 5 minutes into the drive the steering was stiff and the car begun to quickly over heat and all the lights on the dash came on we went back to find the owner had already left in the few minutes we were gone another man got there and yelled at us that the car was fine and we couldn’t bring it back or get our money back we ended up taking it as we did sign a contract to take it as is (yes our fault to not further inspect the car) and in so we took it to the mechanic and on our way there (20 minute drive away) the car to breaks down and we had to get it towed to our mechanic only to find out the car needed a new engine a new transmission and so many things wrong with the car and all the repairs would equal the amount we basically paid for the car. i called them to tell them only to be told we had already paid for the car and signed for and it wasn’t their problem anymore. we should’ve checks the reviews on this place beforehand as they all had similar problems as the cars were expensive to repair and that they were scammers please if you do buy from them bring a mechanic to check out the cars as they will cause more issues for you in the long run if you don’t.

Im reviewing all the conversations here which start making me believe that this place is not a good place to buy,with the owner cannot just ignore all bad reviews and take it as professional,she's entertaining,arguing with unsatisfied costumer,very unprofessional gestures i was about to look for a vehicle in this place but seeing all this i better go elsewhere,piece of advice stop entertaining the unsatisfied costumer,instead do it professionally you should know better as a business owner.
