After a massive miscommunication with one of the Bank Advisors on ordering this card back in August 30th. Maria took the time to hear out my problem, double checked the system, double checked their filing system and proceeded to speak with her manager to find a solution for me. This all happened on October 1st and I finally received my card today (October 4th)
This is what excellent customer service looks like, Maria is attentive, empathetic, knowledgeable, responsive, quick problem solver, professional, patience, and may I add, she took time the next day to follow up with me to make sure everything is okay? “I meant to withdraw cash from ATM with my debit card but I took the credit card instead. I had to go to the counter to make a payment into my credit card to offset the cash advance. The teller Ian Li listened attentively and helped me to make a transaction promptly, and he made sure the info he provided was correct . Thank you Ian! These five stars are for you!”

“This branch is incredibly busy, and staff are clearly overworked. Often times, customers are waiting to see a financial advisor for a long period of time. I see how hard the tellers and branch managers are working, and they have a lot on their plate - so full credit to them. TD should invest in a better meeting management system, and have a dedicated staff who can handle the traffic flow and re-direct them to the ATM, or front receptionist, etc. Given the demographic of this location, many of the customers are prone to waiting for the teller line, which clearly indicates there is a need for another TD branch in the area. Kudos to the staff, teller leads and branch managers who manage this location.”

“One year ago I used a ATM machine in this branch to deposit a check, I made a mistake and key in a wrong number for this check($500 less then the check's amount). After two weeks I received a letter from the bank which tell me that they found and corrected this error.”

And today it is pleasantly surprised, no lineups and things are smooth even though people coming in steadily. The manager Emmanuel is going around helping out including my teller next to the entrance. Missing one star is due to big noise from lobby construction and I can't hear people talking otherwise it would be 5-stars ⭐️.”
