If there was a lower star to choose, I'd pick that instead. Last 2 experiences, awful enough to make me go somewhere else. "Do you have a shuttle service?" "It only takes an hour, just have a seat," says the employee who doesn't make eye contact. At the 40 minute mark I decided to check on my car, and that's when I noticed: they were just driving my car into the service bay...The 2nd time: Can you make sure the car is winter ready? Wipers, fluids, battery, ect and 2 months later, my battery is dead....

You are the WORST dealership imaginable. You should be ashamed of how you treat people. I left my car there for recall service, and didn't get your mechanics 'recomended' services, and was treated like trash afterwards. Left to wait over half an hour, AFTER, my car was done, then basically tossed my keys and paperwork, not even telling me where my car was. I'll never return, and will be sure to recommend other Hyundai dealerships. By the way, NO ONE asked if I needed help in your showroom, besides a technician, who happened to recognize me. Sad sad business.

What a great experience I had at this dealership! I was recently referred by a friend to this location after having a not so great experience at another location. When my wife and I walked into Agincourt Hyundai we immediately felt welcomed and at home. From being greeted by the GM Nick to the incredible customer service we received from Anu. I can't say that I have ever been treated with such respect and care than when visiting this location. Anu took his time to go over all details of the car we purchased, he was patient and spent time covering all of our concerns. He went above and beyond to help us out and even gave our son a little care package to entertain him and keep him busy while we discussed all the options. He had our car ready for us in three days all in from when we signed to us picking up the keys. I can't speak highly enough of Anu and the care he took servicing us. Thank you for all of your assistance Agincourt Hyundai, and welcoming us into your family. See you soon for my first maintenance.
