I had a terrible experience with Access Storage. Their website advertised the "first 4 weeks free" offer, so I reserved a unit online Friday night and was charged immediately. Customer service called to confirm my reservation and all payment details.
But the next morning, I got a call from Regina at the Scarborough location. She rudely denied everything, refusing to honor the promotion or the information given by their own customer service team. Instead, she insisted I had to pay the full amount upfront.
This company doesn’t stand by its own offers or treat customers with respect. Beware and avoid!

Be very careful with this place—full of misleading advertising and spam. Their website advertises "first 4 weeks free," so we made an online reservation based on that. We received a call from customer service confirming our reservation and payment details, giving us all the required information to book a unit.
Then, just 15 minutes later, we got another call from Regina, who rudely contradicted everything. She completely disregarded their own website's offer and what their customer service had promised. No free 4 weeks—she said we had to pay in full upfront.
This company does not honor its own advertisements or promises. Beware and avoid this place at all costs!
