I got to AAA auto sales in Scarborough as I was shopping for a used SUV. I dealt with Sami and AJ and they were probably the friendliest and most helpful sales persons I have ever met. They answered all my questions, they provided detailed information on financing options, they were not trying to push a sale more than necessary.
It was an awesome experience.
I will definitely consider this auto sales for my next purchase.

I would like to update my review. I will keep my previous review below as I still had a great experience with the sales team and process of buying a car.
I was not offered warranty at the time of purchase for some reason and never thought much of it at the time. I had my lender reach out to me last month asking why I denied warranty for a 14 year old vehicle then proceeded to offer it to me for $100 a month. I promptly accepted.
Fast forward to today and I took the car for a diagnosis at a reputable mechanic that specializes in German vehicles and luxury vehicles. And was upset to hear that my transmission pan was rusted out to the point they cannot do a transmission flush without replacing it, which is needed as it hasn't been done in years.
I am disheartened that I will now have to pay out of pocket for something that should have been fixed prior to spending $13,500 on a 14 year old vehicle. I'm hoping my warranty will make an exception to this as i only bought the car 4 months ago so there's no possibile way this was caused by my neglect since purchase.
Other then this issue and obviously regular wear and tear, this has been a great vehicle, I love it, and I will return in the future for another vehicle. I will do my due diligence next time though and request we take it to a shop with a hoist so I can properly look at it to avoid this frustration in the future

This place is a real gem. I was financially well off enough to own a car, but unfortunately my credit said otherwise. This made getting approved by basically ANY dealership impossible.
I got in contact with the dealership in Scarborough and they were very eager to help get me into a car. They took a chance on me which I am very grateful for, and as of Friday I will be taking home my first car.
The price was right, all of the staff are very friendly, and they worked with me to get me into a vehicle I can actually see myself enjoying.
I must mention that the dealership actually brought the car I wanted down to Scarborough from the Oshawa location just to let me test drive before we even sat down to do paperwork, and the process of signing was the single most painless process I've ever seen.
I also had some minor concerns regarding the cosmetics of some of the interior and the staff was quick to hear me out and offer solutions which I very much appreciate.
Overall I am very happy with the dealership and will be back in the future. My Fiancee is also very interested in doing a trade in down the line for a different vehicle that suits her needs better and has mentioned that due to how good everyone was, she will go to them as soon as she can.

I highly recommend AAA auto sales. They are Efficient fast and extremely friendly. The guys there are amazing. I didn’t have to do a thing, I saw what I wanted and they got me approved in minutes. They did an excellent job getting me on the road, I love my vehicle and I am 100% satisfied.
