Not impressed with the attitude of the women who work in this bank. The older woman with the bun and the woman who was working the business wicket. Ordered my bank statements for print out, was charged $15...got a call the next day with a message to come on down as the statements were ready...get to the bank waited almost 45 minutes as the printer jammed (ok fine stuff happens)...I am was patient...the 2 women once my stuff was finally printed...were totally rude and said to me I was the "cause" for everything to now be backed up...no apology for my statements not being done when I got there, no apology for being kept waiting...nothing but a rude huffy attitude towards me because I had caused them to get backed up. Called twice and got put throught to some customer service guy who was in a hurry to get me off the phone...yeah, I got my $15 bucks back...but to be honest their nasty attitude like I was inconveniencing them in their work day and just how annoyed they were with me has left me wanting to move banks. These "QUEEN B tellers" need to realize that their customer service stinks and if wasn't for customers they would not have a job. Pathetic they have such lack of respect for customers...NOT IMPRESSED!!!Why bother...at least thanks for the response...but it seems this attitude is a common occurance. This provincial attitude of where the customer is seen as an inconvenience seems to be a common theme running through the reviews here. What a shame you have to keep running behind the banks staff playing apology...bad customer service is only going to change when you get rid of the offenders. They would not even qualify to be Walmart greeters...so sad.

I have been a client since 2001 and never any problems. The staff are fantastic, friendly and they work diligently to get things you need sufficiently. 100% Satisfied.

Worst banking experience ever. We called ahead from out of town and booked an appointment to sign up for a student line of credit for our daughter who was attending Sault College. My wife and I have a good credit rating and decent jobs and we were told there would be no issues to help our daughter get the funds for school. Our application was lost and restarted twice. Our documentation was lost and resubmitted twice. Our daughter waited 10 weeks for her line of credit to be finalized when we were assured in the beginning it would take two weeks maximum. Once the loan was finalized we were told that we would be sent a gift card for our troubles. Its been over 3 weeks and nothing has arrived. We bank with TD because we like the high level of service we get in Thunder Bay. This branch at Cambrian Mall does not have the same level of care for their clients. I would avoid banking at this branch if you are able to..

This bank is awful. My boss accidentally sent $800 to the wrong email for an etransfer and we know the email and the bank is saying nothing can be done. You know who has that email. I want my money back. Been 3 days now. This is bull. Do your job

Horrible experience. The bank Clerk was practically yelling at me.Very condescending and authoritative even though I have been a customer for decades.Seems she made the rules and even though the last time I got a different answer about the check cashing she yelled the rules she decided on.It's sad. Usually, I'm not mistreated as a customer like this in any other place in town. A few have made me very uncomfortable in this branch. Unfortunately, it's convenient for me to go there.I plan on taking this further. I was truly embarrassed and had people next to me looking at me as I was being mistreated.

Changing banks. Can't handle this staff any longer. 4 people working today, and 3 of them had to go have a 5-min huddle in front of us to decide if they should make a photocopy or not. Wish I was kidding. "Efficiency" is not in their vocabulary.

The ONLY good thing about this bank are the hours..and open on Saturdays..serious lack of great customer service, u cannot get to the manager ,financial advisor if any...they cannot answer your questions and just dismiss you by saying they will call u but never do .....very dissapinted after 30 years of service with TD bank thinking of changing to different bank and transfering all there
