I usually love shopping here but not anymore.
Last evening I returned a sweater and hoped to find a replacement.
I took 5 items onto the changing room and after trying them on none were suitable.
The store clerk said that I took 6 items in to try on not 5!
She continued to berate me in front of other customers. I showed her my empty purse and the empty bag I had brought the return in. She could clearly see that I was not wearing a store item.
I felt humiliated and embarrassed by her conduct.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dress I wanted was not available in the store in my size so they ordered the dress in my size and it will be shipped to the store. I was so impressed with the good service and good quality of the clothing! I will be shopping at Ricki's again! Thank you!

The sales person spent the majority of our visit on the phone paid no attention to us whatsoever was totally distracted even at checkout really not impressed today.

The sales girl Jasmine is the best! She is so helpful and kind. She found items that were perfect for me and she never gave up until I was happy with the outfits that I was looking for. She is always friendly and I try to shop there when I know she is working.

Have shopped at Ricki's over the years but not for myself but for my granddaughters. To my surprise, found a nice top and a jacket for me. The young sales girl who assisted me was so very helpful. I will be back in the future.
