“I was stuck in st marie with some def problem in my peterbilt. Went to this location and the same afternoon i had some really sad news about my grandparent. I was stuck so badly and then I told my situation to general manager and service desk guys as it was friday evening and i had to leave for edmonton very next minute my truck gets fixed. They stayed after hours only for me to fix my truck and got me back on road.
They could have ignored me but i am very thankful for understanding the situation.
