Great gym! Staff is super helpful and kind, as well as offer complimentary towel service. The change rooms and showers are cleaned very often and there's a weight scale, as well as a full-body mirror.There is a multitude of machines, including: treadmillstrue form runnerassault bikesstationary bikesstair machineladder machinesquat racksmany dumbbellssquat machineshamstring machineschest press machinelat pull-down & row machineassisted pull-up machinehip thrust machinea rear rhomboid machine (I think)bosu ballsstretching matsand I'm probably missing something...The membership here is on the pricier side compared to other local gyms, and rightfully so, as it's worth paying for the extreme cleanliness and warm atmosphere.I highly recommend this gym to beginners, as well as seasoned gym-goers.

Brand new, state-of-the-art equipment in a visually stunning, modern, CLEAN environment. Personal training recommended to me by my family doctor; worth every penny! The staff are professional, the clientele mature and respectful, plus the smoothies are pure bliss. :)
