I had a terrible experience with algoma auto. I took my vehicle in for a safety check, and they blatantly lied about issues that needed fixing. Very disappointed with their dishonesty.

The best and most honest and the best workmanship in Sault Ste Marie on all makes of automobile. I have been a customer of theirs for decades and they have probably the best reputation in Sault Ste Marie for their services and willingness to do a great job for their customers and they keep a long list of regular customers and so on and I am asked what is the best garage to go to for work on my car? I have always said go to Algoma auto. They're specialty is Volkswagen and Audi but they will work on any brand of vehicle and gives you satisfaction and you will find yourself saying the same things as I have just said to your friends. I give it 10 Stars

Best VW mechanics in town. Had a broken exhaust connector. They had me in there and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Most time was spent waiting on the part. Mechanic Justin is knowledgeable and shows you what the problem is and what to keep an out for in the future. Susan at the desk is kind and courteous. They’re my go to mechanics for my VW Jetta going forward. The overall price was way below what I thought I was going to pay.
