This place is the absolute worst place to assist you with your income taxes
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR TAXS AS YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS
the guy dancing at Tim Hortons downtown would assist you better then this business

This year we had our income taxes prepared "in person" the process of booking an appointment and having them done while we waited works great for us. The staff were friendly and efficient, would recommend this location for your tax services.

This location of H&R block is grossly incompetent and is highly unprofessional. I had dropped off my taxes and they claimed that it would take only a few days.After 4 WEEKS of waiting my taxes were not completed!The staff continuously gave me the run around on when my taxes would be complete. It had seemed like they forgot to simply complete their job.Anyone that needs to file taxes GO Somewhere ELSE.If I could give a zero rating I would
