Fudge is definitely a staple here and enjoyed it very much. The staff were also very friendly. The owners even tested out a product and they said it was unsatisfactory so they immediately removed it from the shelves and gave us some free cookies as compensation. You can tell that this group really values it's products and customer base.

Delicious!!! Tried a few nut samples all so good, and then got some fudge and so so amazing! Made my taste buds go wild! The kind lady was amazing and would definitely come back the next time down here!! Got a few different fudge to take home!

These people don't deserve get any stars. They said they were going to replace my soggy apple shipment back in January and this is May and still no replacements even after sending them multiple emails. The answering machine is full and they don't even answer their phone!! Too bad as with customer service like this, not sure how long they will last.

I was in a panic about an upcoming Halloween party because the summer store front was closed. They helped me start to finish with the online order no stress. Everything arrived beautiful, yummy, and on-time as promised.Thanks 4 saving my butt with the Candy Apples & Fudge

I ordered several apples to try. One of my apples was moldy and when I reached out, I did not get a response. I then got an email asking me to fill out a review, at which point I emailed the company again. Several days later I got a response saying I would be refunded for the one apple that was moldy. I never got my refund and I didn’t bother emailing again because they would probably take a month to even respond. Will definitely not be ordering again and I’ve warned everyone I know. Horrible customer service.

Awesome little place that clearly gets overshadowed by the lower quality but better known chain next door for ice cream ? Great chocolate stuff and any place that serves Kawartha icecream is 5 stars in my book

My partner and I went into this location last night to see the sunset ? at Sauble Beach after seeing the sunset my partner decided to go in here to look at and buy he bought and gave me the coca cola maple haven't tried yet but I'm sure it's delicious as I love maple anything

Not very happy with the recent order we recieved, it left me feeling tricked. We place two orders in the last week, first one was for my wife's birthday. The first order we spent a $114 (free shipping). The next day we noticed that they had a special offer on Facebook which was spend $75 and get a free cinful apple, we already placed the order but we called in and the lady who answered was nice enough to add the code to the order for us as the order hadn't shipped out yet.Since the customer support seemed good and the apples were delicious we decided to do a second order, this time an Easter for our kids.The second order was $122 total (free shipping). They had a new promo this time for code bunny22, I seen the code on facebook and above the code it showed a bunny candy apple. The required amount to use the code was $60 I believe, so we spent the required amount for the bunny22 and then some.I recieved my order today and no bunny apple was in the box. The reciept said free gift and it was some kind of nuts.Seeing as the last code we used showed the cinful apple along with the code I assumed the bunny apple woud have been the same. I wish it was more clear as I would have used the offer for the cinnamon apple which was still active at the time of my order instead of the free random gift. Maybe Bruce County Nut & Fudge should consider not using the code bunny or anything related to an easter products if that is not the product you are going to ship along with the order. We feel very deceived, and no one in the house really eats peanuts.When I contacted customer support I let them know what happened and the man who answered said the code was for a free gift but when I asked for what he didn't give much of an answer.I also let him know that the Facebook ad I recieved made it seem as if I would be getting the bunny apple and let him know about our last order. I made sure to let him know that this would most likely be our last order as we felt tricked. Funny thing is my wife found carmel candy apples at a local grocery store today for $7.Please fix your advertisements.
