Amazing service. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior of this store because the service is second to none! I wish I had gotten the name of the very helpful gentleman who guided us through the purchase of a box spring for my Grandmother. He was attentive, listened to our needs, showed us the product available and even helped load it onto our truck. I am so grateful for this kind of quality service. I will return for any of our mattress needs. Thank you!

Amazing customer service and great prices! James went above and beyond my expectations to make sure my family and I were happy with our new mattress. He took the time to show me options and choices that fit my budget and was absolutely amazing when I went in to have an exchange made on another item. After spending hours in big box stores and feeling overwhelmed coming to worldwide mattress made me feel like someone actually cared about my needs. I am so glad I shopped around before getting a matress and box spring. Worldwide Mattress and James the owner was a perfect match for me and my needs. Worst store the old man is very rude and prices are too high as compared to other stores and they don't provide free delivery. Students don't go there for anything.

I would of gave 5 stars but was not happy with the delivery person had to ask him to bring the bed in I was also told that it would be set up for me which the delivery guy said he don't do it's ok I found to of my neibhour a to help me as I cant lift so I gave them the tip instead other wise I was happy with the bed I was told on the first phone call that it would be brought in and set up for me guess I miss understood that
