Great staff and wonderful customer service. They were really informative and patient. Showed me many different brands and boots and had great information about all of them. Definitely will return for my future work boots needs.

Bought a new pair of 300$ timberland boondocks and the eyelets came apart within a week and a half of purchasing them.Took them back and was told to drive around and take them to cobbler shop where the gentleman was more helpful than the lady at work authority.The return policy is micky mouse because the lady said if cobbler shop was closed I would have to take time off work to have them repaired at cobbler shop during their work hours.Work authority wasn't willing to accommodate customers in anyway.

Terrible costomer service. Bought a pair of boots and they are scratching my back heel, it hurts, and they will not help me out, even when I wanted to buy a more expensive pair of boots. I will never come back here.

Being closed on Sundays when majority of your customers are off and able to shop is shocking. No common sense at all. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Great service. They are very friendly. Knowledgable about their products. They take the time to answer your questions and made sure I found the best work boots for my needs. I have been going to work authority for a new pair of work boots every year for the last 8 years. My visit today was as good as the first time I walked in there.I recommend work authority as the best place in town to buy work boots!
