I had recently had this place rated 5 stars for providing great service but after reaching out and asking for help a couple times over my lifetime when I needed it most, they were never there for me or able to help me, yet I know they helped other women who were not coming out of abusive relationships so I changed my rating. They always turn me down and yet I have donated to them when I had money to donate. Yet when I need help they turn me away. I wonder what I would have to be going through in order for them to help me? They're always "too full" after having me go all the way there to tell me that, or "don't offer assistance" for counseling when I needed it, or tell me to go somewhere else for help. Terrible service.

Its ok. Lots of parking and a safe place for families that need this place. I'd recommend the woman's interval home to any woman that needs help. Clean place nice staff.

A life changing experience humbled me and I surrendered to the women who wanted to help me move forward years ago in Sarnia. When I decided to listen and let them help me, I made tremendous steps forward. Thank you to all the women at the Interval Home, 2015-2016. Change does happen.

This is based solely one the person they had answering their phones yesterday. In dealing with a serious issue yesterday I had called to see if there was any availability and to get help for my young daughter and I. The person who answered was very rude and seemed condescending. It’s unfortunate that someone working at a place like this lacks empathy.

This place has truly saved my life. Thank you to all the staff (especially Jontay & Aime). This place goes above sand beyond to help you, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience I’ve had here! Thank you all again.

This house saved my life. I was made to feel safe, accepted, respected, was helped by staff to find a job and housing. Staff supported me when navigating CAFS, made sure I had supports on the rough days and encouraged me on the good days. This house became a home for me, I will never forget how my life began again because of the care, support, kindness the staff constantly provided. It was bittersweet leaving as I was very attached to a few workers, they were like family.

Advantagesexcellent at believing anything you say even if its not true.great at hiding your spouses kids for no reason at all just because you said so. Blue Jello is great too.Disadvantagesnone, totally a great place to go if you want to pretend to be abused and withhold your children from your husband while you try to make him cave into giving you all his money. no consequences or disadvantages at all 5 stars.Commentexcellent place if you want to pretend your being abused, along with the help of CAS, the police and the woman's shelter they will do a great Job keeping your children from their dad just because you said so. you can be as crazy as you want and it doesn't even matter because they will cover for you, excellent service and they are all about the kids, 5 stars.

I really cannot share anything about the women's interval home, for obvious reasons there is privacy issues to be considered

This home is a God send for all whom have ever needed help. It certainly deserves more recognition in the community then it gets. It is run by fantastic people who give of themselves daily. Anyone looking to give to a deserving charity this is one place that you can rest assured the money would be used to help this community and the people who turn to this place in desperation.

I really want to put this out there that this shelter is a kid friendly environment that you're children will feel at ease, feel safe and secure, have healthy food to eat and have fun and engaging things to do. It will be more scary for you to come here then it will be for them. You will get privacy , a comfortable room together as a family and community support and councelling to help find housing, independence and guidance. It is scary to make big and sometimes difficult changes in your life but coming here will ease a lot of the transitional growing pains and take away a lot of unnecessary stress that would come if you tried to go out on your own.

They're not the best place to bedisrespectful when it comes to going in your room I'd rather be homeless and that's awful to say
