Lauran Teather was excellent help at this store. I went in looking for a pair of black or light beige sandals that fit comfortably and were affordable. I got both. Have bought shoes here before, so love the store, but I especially appreciated Lauren's help today.

Went there looking for a pr of winter walking boots since I am not south! Clerk was exceptionally helpful pulling every possible boot for me in my size. I was not 100% sure if I thought they would be warm enough. She suggested I try two others stores in mall. I did,. Nothing. I went back and bought the first pr I tried on at Tootsies. She had set them aside for me. Very happy. They are warm and no blisters. Wonderful sales rep.
