Each and every time I go into this store I am treated amazing from all staff members.When a shoe is not in stock the staff are quick to offer to purchase and I get called few days later and get the email reciept for pick up.I have never had any problems at the store.When a shoe is sold out they try their best to find it from another store. The process is maybe a week and few days. I am pretty sure I have always received my shoes within 3-5 days.Thank you to all staff for the last several seasons ?

First time ordering from the site, was looking for a pair a puma with yellow and black to fill out my collection. Good price and extremely fast shipping. I think it was only 2 days. Very happy with my purchase and would buy from here again.

Yikes! Completely rude staff member 'assisted' me today. Looking for a shoe size. Waited at checkout for a while for someone to show up. Nothing. No customers or staff to be seen. Finally a lady shows up, grabs (aggressively) the shoe from my hand after i ask her if they had my size. She looks on computer and just shakes her head. Not a single word spoken. I turned and walked away. Found what i wanted online with free delivery.This woman must HATE her job.

Really disappointed today with the girl in the mustard sweater and dark hair. I asked you about a pair of shoes and if you had them in a certain colour and you were rude and just kept walking you could not care one bit. I had to go ask another employee if they could order them off line. It’s your job to help customers and it’s your job to be friendly and polite. Makes me skeletal to shop here.

Worst shoe store. I was buying a pair of shoes with a big 20% off sign in front of them. The girl at the cash said it was a old sign and wouldn't give the sale price. Manager is so rude

I wanted to purchase a shoes of addidas when I was paying they told me it's price has been increased. This is really unethical behavior with customer and part of scam. Never go there... scam**

Worst store never go there. Teenagers who were there are rude and unhelpful. I would rather go online than step foot in this place. Amazon honours return policy Soft Moc does not. Rude teenager called me a liar to my face while trying to return shoes I wore no more than 10 minutes inside on carpet. Meanwhile the squad of teenagers were laughing all the while NEVER AGAIN!

Great service. Would have liked more choice of sandals with a back strap, but was shown one with good support, and adjustable straps for a great fit.

Honestly I would rate this place a 0 if I could. The manager is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met in my life. I came in to return shoes that I received in the mail. The reason for returning was because when I received them they were both dirty. One pair was white and had brown stains all over the heel of one of them. The other was a black/white checkered pair and again had brown stains all over the bottoms. When I brought them back I explained to her that is how they came in the box, that they were taken out to try on and that is when the stains were noticed. She accused me of lying and having worn the shoes before. Meanwhile all original stickers, both on the inside and outside of the shoe were in perfect condition. They had only EVER been handled by me to try on and that never even happened due to the stains on them. She again accused me of lying, stating that is not how the package came, when in fact it is exactly how they came. Didn’t know she was the one who packed the box? Anyways, she provided me the number for customer care. Then proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t worth calling them because they would tell me the same. When I asked for her name to provide to customer care she threatened to call security on me. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from this company again if THAT is the type of people they employ.

Excellent customer service at Sarnia store today .rep very pleasant . However boots leaked after 1 year and only given 20 percent coupon from head office . Sarnia store excellent , but not rep from head office .
