“Do a lot of online shopping but went into the Marks location at Lambton mall because I was looking for a pair of everyday shoes. They happened to have a buy one, get second at 50% sale so took advantage of that. The employee who cashed me out, Chris, was super friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service that I haven’t seen in a long time anywhere.”
“This place has everything you can think of related to work attire. Balaclavas, work boot laces, gloves, socks, thermal shirts, belts, hats, pants, and much more. Definitely worth a stop if you have a trades job as I can definitely see many things here coming in handy. The store isn’t overwhelmingly huge, so you can find what you’re looking for in no time. I was in there for 30 seconds before I found what I needed. Got checked out quickly too. Probably in there for a total of 4 mins. Worth a shot!”

“Each and every time I go into this store I am treated amazing from all staff members.When a shoe is not in stock the staff are quick to offer to purchase and I get called few days later and get the email reciept for pick up.I have never had any problems at the store.When a shoe is sold out they try their best to find it from another store. The process is maybe a week and few days. I am pretty sure I have always received my shoes within 3-5 days.Thank you to all staff for the last several seasons ?”
