Staff today were excellent! Had to leave a review. Store is usually neat and tidy, even the surplus section compared to other locations.

Wouldn’t except my girlfriend’s return even tho we told the lady that was at the cash and the other lady with coloured hair that came out to help (Presumably the manager)was told that it just wasn’t to our satisfaction. The keys barely work. My girlfriend who’s truck this goes on and who can barely ever manage to open the lock box tends to feel less than satisfied when she can’t get anything she tries to put in it. We have all the keys. Did they try? No . The one cashier was smiling, presumably happy we walked away without getting a return. Saying we can’t return it after getting our use out of it. Which I many times tried to explain that she genuinely never even used it yet so that not actually true. Yet she repeated it and they walked away and did nothing for us. I quite frankly spend a lot of money here cause my work gives me a nice tool allowance every year . And funny enough the person who helped my girlfriend at the store buy it convinced her saying she could return it in 6 months down the road regardless of reason and she doesn’t need an excuse. We would dealt with Canadian tire and will from now on after experiencing that sorta treatment towards us

Love this place so much selection of tools and other products at a reasonable price. Lots of great sales and excellent return/exchange policy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Went there looking for a fan (they sell everything) but was unable to find the size I was looking for. An associate named Mitchell came over to assist me to find this fan. He was great!!! We were unable to find the fan I came in to buy but he said he would match the price of the larger fan to smaller one if I wanted so I didn't leave empty handed. I like that he took the initiative to make the decision without going to a manager. I like that they are empowered to do that. I asked if he was in management and he said no he works full time but will be leaving to go to school in September. This young man is going places. Great attitude in taking pride in his job. ?????

First time shop today: great sales floor assistance by a brand new employee, and then great help from a fabulous cashier who let me buy my items at a sale price that does not officially go into effect until four days from now. (I had the new flyer, but did not read the dates on the sales.) I would have returned to the store during the sale to get my things, but I did not have to. This is incredibly great customer care. Very happy. Very impressed.
