Portable Storage was a pleasure working with I would recommend them to all! From dropping it off and bringing a lock, and then having it available at any time, and then changing the container when asked Len at the Windsor yard was so helpful & kind.Also the superb customer service from Jake and Heather in completing the entire process when we no longer needed the container was amazing!!A couple of very happy customers thank you!!!

I am beyond pleased with the service and quality regarding this company and my storage container. I researched many storage facilities. The staff was patient with ALL my many inquiries. My moving became complicated and this company went out of their way to accommodate me. The company is flexible and I recently needed to retrieve winter items. I climbed through the container and was pleased with the air quality/ventilation. Winter clothing still clean/dry/fresh. Competitive pricing and worth every $. Very impressed and grateful!

We recently moved my Mother from her home in London to our home. I was looking for a storage container to place at our home and there was none in Huron County. I contacted PortableStorage to see if they would do it for me, and they said yes, even though we were outside of their service area. The container was delivered on time and very clean. We are now done with the container and I emailed yesterday to arrange a pick-up date, and in less than 24 hrs. the container has been picked up. I would definitely recommend PortableStorage.

This is the second time we’ve rented a storage unit. The first was for a renovation and this time was for a move. The customer service is amazing. Billing was seamless. The delivery person was also friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.

We rented a 20' container for a recent move.Scheduling a delivery appointment was very easy, and it showed up exactly as promised. The delivery was quick and efficient (so neat how they do it!).The container was clean, dry, and without any odors.We packed it faster than expected, and Portable Storage was able to come and pick it up earlier, with no hassles.When the container was delivered to unload, all of our items were secured, dry, and undamaged.Delivery was very convenient, and return of container was without issue.Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely use Portable Storage again!

We rented a 20’ storage container for our recent move about a month ago. We were able to decide how long we wanted it for and what time to have it moved to the new location. We were able to pack up and unpack the storage container at our own pace. It was clean and the person who dropped it off, all done by a special remote was friendly. The only issue we had was the move time to our new house. There must have been a misunderstanding because they were almost 2 hours late by it worked out anyhow because we had issues and couldn’t get house keys when we were supposed to.

So grateful to all the folks at portable storage, they made moving house so less stressful. Polite, helpful staff. Everything carried out in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services and will absolutely use them again when the time comes. Thankyou.
