Finished a ten hour shift at a factory and because I can in with my work clothes still on was treated like a thief right off the bat, treated me with such disrespect and degradeding attitude towards me and treating me like I can't afford to take care of my pet. While all the other dressed up customers got treated with the upmost integrity I left after being so horribly treated. I make more money then they do. Don't go in work clothes or yr disgraced. Will never go there again

Fast and friendly service. They have a great selection of specialty cat foods for picky cats and picky owners. Some brands offer a loyalty deal. Two locations in Sarnia make it easy to get to no matter where you are. And of course they have more than just pet food.

the diet food I get from here actually works. dog losing weight and stays full longer and eats less. nice lil shop with a good selection of things. good staff nice staff. dog toys r a bit pricey here but they are good quality. It could be nice to have a cheaper lower quality toy area so I could grab a quick new toy every time i pick up food

I go in a pinch as I find it's not a discount store. Sometimes it's just handy. There needs to be more smiles and greetings and less chit chat ignoring customers.

First time at this store and was impressed. I checked the prices of items I had purchased online at other suppliers and found Pet Food Warehouse had lower prices. So, bonus! And staff were very helpful and friendly!

Fantastic pet place to find everything you need for your pet. My friend told me about Hemp for Tails and how it was showing promising results for her furbabies anxiety and that it claims to help for arthritis pain and inflammation. I was willing to try giving it to my furbaby because the pharmaceuticals don't do much other than make her weight go up and make her sleep a lot. At the minimum start dose and within one minute...NO JOKE! my furbaby was able to sit properly, without leaning, and wanted to go for a short walk. Our precious furbaby was able to enjoy her treats, which we also buy at the Pet Warehouse. The staff at both locations are very knowledgeable, and the stores seem to have everything you could ask for... even fresh food! I took one star off because of the attitude that was dished my way when I questioned a dosage and wanted to speak to the first lady that I had originally consulted at the counter. Regardless, I will be back and do recommend this store. Im looking forward to bringing my furbaby shopping so that she can pick her own treats

Love that they have buy 12 bags of dog food and get the13th free, but conviently there computer is always down when I purchase our food so we never get the free bag.
