Last week, my van died in the Shoppers parking lot. I did not know what to do, so I walked across the street to ask their advice. One of the employees got a battery booster and came with me to see if she could boost it. It didn't work, but it was a wonderful service for a stranded person. When I need a part for a vehicle, I will be back. Thank you ?

Just waited 20 minutes for help at parts counter...one employee on the phone the whole time...the other arguing with a customer...the whole time. Someone finally comes out of the back and goes right to another customer that just walked in! Gave up and left...won't waste my time again!

Went in to get a cabin filter . All staff behind the counter and not to eager to ask me if i need help . Just found it unusual they were having there lunch at the counter . Counter looked like a pig pen .

Great place to shop for automotive parts! The pricing is great along with the great service! Diagrams great for putting muffler systems together to engines diagrams to understand where the part goes! Great service!

I bought a auto part there and the cashier (dhydes7) did a good job. He showed me the selection, gave a tip on how to comfirm if it is the right one, and gave me 20% off. I installed it in the parking lot. Easy peasy.

Staff needs to be trained in customer service.I called ahead and asked about a battery for my car and if they could test it for me. They had the battery and said they would test it. When I get there I let them know I had called about having a battery test. The employee doesn't even say yes or OK to acknowledge I'm talking to her, just walks away looking for something. Before I know it there's 3 of them walking around aimlessly looking for the battery tester, which they never found. So I decided to purchase a battery. Several other people came in the store with the same issue. No tester to be found and it takes 15 minutes for someone to grab my battery. As I'm outside loading up my battery a customer beside me can't start his truck. The employees are unable to assist as they don't have booster cables. So here I am in the parking lot using my booster cables to help this guy boost his truck using his new battery. They also no longer offer the service of replacing your battery for you.Better training in customer service and knowledge of their products is a must here. Three employees floundering, not a good look
