Do not purchase from this store!!Bought two pairs of sandals that I was guaranteed would be considered orthopedic by the owner.They were not and she won't do anything for me. I went in three different times to speak to the owner. She was not there, will to return my call and will not speak to me? It is odd!I have never received such terrible customer service from an owner. The only part that sucks is the employee that worked there was amazing and tried to get thr owner to speak to me, but she wouldn't!?. Very odd behavior for an owner.Do NOT recommend this store! I should have read reviews before I went in!!!!

I purchased a pair of walking shoes from the store and was told they were the best walking shoes you could possibly buy. I tried them. they were not cheap. I was also told I could return them for a store credit if I did not like them I have on the shoes for less than two weeks because severe pain going up and down my legs. I just spoke to someone in the store they will not take them as a return I was talked into buying the shoes as I did not plan on getting two pairs of shoes when I was there but was talked into spending over $500 on two pairs of shoes. Do not recommend the store to anyone

I purchased a pair of shoes from Ovation Shoes Sarnia yesterday. I brought them home and realized they didn't go with the dress I was going to wear them with. I returned to the store today to return the shoes and I was told by the owner that I couldn't return them. They were on sale and they can't be returned. Not once did the salesperson yesterday tell me it was a final sale. Thru the entire process of trying shoes on did she mention that to me nor did she mention it at checkout. And nothing is noted on the receipt about final sale. So now I'm out $135.60. This isn't the first pair of shoes I've purchased from Ovation Shoes but it will be my last. If that is their policy of no returns then train your staff to inform customers. If the salesperson would have told me final sale I wouldn't have purchased the shoes. I'm very frustrated with this entire process.

Terrible experience with rude staff. I came in to buy Birkenstocks. I was wearing a pair that were old, why I needed new ones. The staff actually made fun of the ones I had on. Clearly didn't want my business. Off to Soft Moc!

I was in the store Friday June 22, 2018 and the sales clerk was extremely rude, had a bad attitude and would not answer simple questions. I came in asking which Birkenstock models were leather so that I could narrow down my search. I will NOT go back.

Don't expect any service if you aren't dressed in your best. I waited for about 10 minutes holding two pairs of sandals that I would have liked to try on while the associate was finishing up with a customer. After the customer left, the associate walked to the backroom and started a conversation with her co-worker. I waited another couple of minutes but ended up leaving and left the two pair of sandals near the counter. I wouldn't recommend this business.
