Micah has gone above and beyond with service. I have been having issues with my Samsung 23 & Samsung themselves. Micah was very friendly and super knowledgeable with the phone and options. I really, really appreciate how fast it took to replace the screen. I did take my phone originally to London, and the service there was pretty good, but this location was a lot better!Thank you, Micah!

Brought my phone in, gentleman who worked on my phone was so nice and my phone looks absolutely perfect l. Went in thinking I was getting just the screen fixed but they replaced my housing, screen and battery. I'm so beyond happy as I love this phone so much and I would trust them with any other electronics I have. Thank you again so so much.

It is a great place to go for any issues with your devices or even to purchase something new. Seriously underrated!Whether it be phone plans or fixing your device's screen, I always get great customer service, open communication, and great results. Super knowledgeable and friendly employees. With what they're offering, it's honestly a better buy than any other place in Sarnia that offers these things because of their efficiency in a short time and their affordability with deals no other store is offering. They give relatively cheap offers with great results and cheaper phone plans than anyone else with their value!Having gone back various times, and my family included, I definitely recommend it. They're doing a great job!!

Great experience! Nick saved me from a very expensive iphone repair. The charger had broken off inside the charging portal of my iphone XR - he was able to get it out without any damage. Had i gone to Apple, it would have cost me $580 for them to collect the phone, repair and return. Charge at Mobile Klinik: $0.Thank you Nick!

My experience with Mobile Klinik began with a broken phone and ended with a happy customer. My extended warranty required that I go there but the customer service was top notch! Nick not only stood with me for an hour while I navigated through problems with the insurance company but then stayed late after the store closed to fix my phone after we finally got it sorted. He saved me another couple of hours to come back and my phone looked brand new after he was done with it! Thanks Nick for your patience and understanding and for stepping up when you weren't obligated to do so. I'm very happy with my experience there! ☺️
