I went in looking for a specific shoe they sell on the webpage. I showed the person the shoe and they just said no have a good day. No offers to sell a similar style shoe, no offers to order it in for me..no help whatsoever, just a solid no and then walked away to help someone else. Great sales and customer service.
I went to work authority and the person in there took the time to check availability at other locations and offered to order the shoe in for me. I could have just ordered it in online, but I would rather give the local stores my business because I know it helps them out more.
Customer service was cold, not friendly, and not very helpful. I will gladly spend my money somewhere else.

I travel to the usa. Because im a truck driver. They asked me if I have been in the usa in the last 14 days. I said yes I was. They informed me that I was not allowed in store. This is the Sarnia store. I had my mask on. Look at the video

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, solid products, and prices that, while not cheap, certainly beat out Mark's. I would recommend checking them out for your safety wear.
