I was at both the M&M locations at Lakeshore & the Lambton Mall rd. today. The customer service at both was absolutely amazing they were all friendly and helpful. Both stores were busy yet the atmosphere was great. The stores are clean and well stocked. Some say it's expensive but I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the check out and even if the item might be a couple cents more then other stores it's quality and availability along with the great service makes it very worth any extra costs by far.

Two staff members in there today. The older woman was completely clueless and unhelpful
The other tried to do her best to help but the older woman continued to be clueless. Would be 1 star if it wasnt for the efforts of the younger employee.
Bad experience. Wont be back!
