It was my first time visiting this LifeLabs location and I had an extremely good experience. I walked in without an appointment and the front desk immediately helped me. They were friendly and attentive. I came here for bloodwork and was in and out in 10 minutes. The facility was very clean and organized. The building is a bit difficult to navigate since there are a few businesses located in one building, but you can ask anyone for directions and they’re happy to help. Would highly recommend.

Book online they don't seem to know who is coming in. Don't ask for a health card to know who you are and assume you are someone else.Ridiculous process.

This place is hit or miss with wait times. I have gone in when there are only a few people ahead of me and waited a long time and gone in other times when there is a ton of people here and did not wait long at all. Expect to wait a minimum of 45 minutes and if you get out sooner, be thankful. It does not matter if you make an appointment or not, it's basically first come first serve, so don't even bother making an appointment. I have never waited at this location as long as I have at others, so this one seems to be the quickest.

Not sure why you ladies got into medical field?? Very unfriendly, until they are face to face with you.. That Is not charm you have, just rude..

LifeLabs used to have wonderful professional technicians that did blood work when it was located in the basement . Unfortunately, I had an unfriendly and unprofessional technician that seems to dislike her job. She left a huge bruise in my arm, and answered my question in an unfriendly way with frown expression when asked how to obtain the blood results online. Lifelabs should provide better training for technicians especially if they are foreign trained.

Does not matter if you make an appointment they will take walk ins ahead of you. This place is completely disorganized
