Treated like a VIP from initial visit one week earlier to check out their offerings and test driving a couple of candidates, to sitting down to sign the paperwork and get a briefing on how all the electronic gadgets work, to driving away with our 2024 Sorento.
Our sales rep, Bobby was knowledgeable and accommodating. Helped guide us through the choices available, and based upon our wish list, pointed out the pros and cons of vehicle features which finally lead to the perfect match for us. His knowledge of the vehicles and technology built in was fantastic. No fumbling through paperwork to get an answer to any of our questions. Couldn't stump him. He was available to us from start to finish.
The general manager, Scott, dropped by a few times to ensure we were getting the best service possible. Best of all, he made the deal happen.
Then there is the finance manager, Aaron. The amount of paperwork - financing, lease, licensing, is mind bending. He walked us through everything. On the day of signing and vehicle pickup, things went very smoothly.
The drive from Windsor to Sarnia was well worth it.
All in all, I can't imagine a better vehicle shopping and leasing experience.

Highly recommended! We had a great experience buying an excellent used SUV from Sean McCallum - he was patient and very helpful with us and we are very satisfied customers! This may look like a small Kia Dealership but they are honest and up-front - something that we did not find at the other places! Be sure to come here before you decide!!!

My car had a recall on the rear brake lines. The first appointment had to be rescheduled because of a parts problem. They rebooked me for a week later, and got all the proper parts installed. After getting home, I could feel that the brakes had a bubble in the line. They got me in the next day, re-bled the brakes as I had asked and the car was fixed! The service girls were very nice and easy to talk to. They explained everything that had been done to my car at each appointment.

The best place in Sarnia to get a great car! Get great service, and the coffee ain't bad either. I was shocked when I was talking to a service person and they were, well, nice! Great team working at a Family owned business! ?
