I find it very clean & friendly. I was going with my Sister in law & now I also have my husband going as well. The machines are easy to use & well maintained. Stan is an amazing advocate for the gym. He’s always accommodating with any needs that might arise.

I love fit 4 less and I look forward to coming here 5-6 times a wk , it is a very clean and welcoming environment the staff are great and always smiling and saying when you come in and always saying have a good day when you leave !!!

Stan is by far my favourite employee at this gym. he always compliments your progress, makes conversation, even joins in on your workout sometimes. he is overall an amazing person!!! also thank you for finally adding that water fountain:)

I love this place. Great gym and great atmosphere. Great staff gym is always clean, staff always helps if an issue comes up, great hospitality and Stan is always 100 MPH ??Highly recommend.

The door system only lets you scan in once per 30 minutes, so if you forget something in your car or if the door malfunctions, you can't go get it. Brought this issue up to head office and they basically said they don't care. Their priority is preventing people sneaking in over paying members being locked out of the gym. When equipment breaks, be prepared to wait over a month for a fix. No water fountain, how is that even legal?

Some employees are very disrespectful and rather keep talking with her friends than offer the services there even ask you train lighter so I that way they can keep talking without any noyse
