Buyer beware! Purchased a used 2018 F150 in August, picked up on the 15th after a short delay due to some April needed for safety, it has 141000km when I bought, test drive seemed OK but after I noticed a noise while going through drive through, it almost sounded like a diesel, it's not. I noticed some noise that originally sounded like belt noise and some uneven wear on the tires and one of the tires was losing air. At the time of purchase I paid additionally for an extended warranty through a third party First Canada, for 20000km or 2 years. I made an appointment to review my concerns on September 8 3 weeks after purchase, they scheduled me in for service on Sept 16. Nothing was said about the uneven wear which is a simple alignment check, tie valve stem was repaired and I was informed I required a timing chain after spending nearly 45k and after only 3 weeks of having the vehicle. I thought great I bought the extended warranty for a reason. It will not be covered by the extended warranty until the vehicle gives a code. A timing chain issue may never present and its possible it doesn't even code. The type of engine is called an interference engine which means if it does fail the pistons slams into the valves which is a catastrophic failure to the engine. Initially I talked with the salesperson and most of my information has come from her, when brought in for service the service advisor told me he was just the middleman. In the under 2000km I drove it in the first little while I highly doubt the chain became bad which suggests they either knew about it or didn't go over the vehicle properly when they purchased it from the first owner. It was my second largest purchase in my life outside of my home and is cause for great disappointment. So it's only fair to warn others to be sure to have a secondary inspection by a third party before purchase.

My truck was making abnormal sounds. Took it to Finch before I began my month long adventure across Canada. 3 grand later I was still having issues after they did their "complete diagnostic" and gave recommendations. Took it to a different mechanic immediately and they found my water pump damaged. How did Finch miss and not notice this? Regret going in and glad I have another mechanic that actually knows Ford trucks. 3 stars because I am nice.

I was inquiring about trucks 6-8 months prior but there wasn’t a good selection at the time. Paul Eddleston remembered that I was looking and sent me one email which I appreciated that he still remembered that I was looking. Also one email is sufficient enough. From previous conversations he knew I hate to be inundated with emails. While my truck was getting an oil change, I came in and spoke to Paul. We were talking about what my truck may need in the near future (tires, brakes, extended warranty etc) as well as the cost associated with that.Paul and I compared pricing from a new truck to the one I have. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and Paul understood that I need to speak with my spouse before making big purchase decisions. Paul treated me with respect and dignity, when I had questions they were answered in detail. Paul didn’t make me feel that I was wasting his time. I came back the next day and went over everything again with Paul and I agreed to buy a new truck. This is the 2nd time I purchased a new vehicle. Both times were with Paul and he has not disappointed in continuing to be helpful, understanding and dedicated. I have come back multiple times with questions regarding my last truck after purchasing it and he helped me each and every time. 5 star service all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had to get some work done on my Ford Focus a few times this year and I’ve has the pleasure of having Cole take care of me. He is very punctual with getting quotes and scheduling service, as well as arrange pick up/drop off. He is knowledgeable on my warranty/coverage which I didn’t know I had and was able to get me a free rental while my car was unsafe to use. 10/10 would recommend Cole if you need to take your car in for service.

Finch Ford Lincoln made the purchasing of my truck super easy and comfortable. I just recently took my truck in for its first service and it was easy and completed efficiently. The service department answered all my questions and even explained the service being completed so it was understandable for a non-car person.

Never buy the extended warranty as it is not going to cover anything. Better to not get pawned $2k-$3k for a useless warranty.Make sure you fully understand the issues the vehicle has before buying, if opting for a used one. The issues won't be covered after you purchase the vehicle.

Do not trust the service department!! Got a fusion brand new from this dealership, had it serviced there ever since. Not once have they ever mentioned fluid in the transfer case or getting that serviced. It has never even been checked, the inspection plug still had locktite on the threads from factory! Now the transfer case has run dry and it is blown! You bring a vehicle into the dealership to get it looked after by the people that know it best, clearly this dealership either doesn't know what they are doing or just would rather you break down so they can charge you more to fix it! Go anywhere else!!

I want to give a huge shout out to the guys at Finch Ford, located at Confederation and Indian Road. Their service was amazing, making this the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We had a great buying experience with salesperson Justin Wiens at Finch Lincoln in Sarnia. We are not from Sarnia but we leased from there as we were treated respectfully and made to feel comfortable. The out of town trip was well worth the buying experience we had. Justin was knowledgeable about his products and took lots of time with us to make sure we were comfortable with all the options before we drove away. The full staff of Finch made us feel comfortable and we were pleasantly greeted in every department. We highly recommend your visiting Finch Lincoln if you are thinking of changing vehicles.

If you value your money and time do not shop here for a vehicle. The sales manager is atrocious and ignorant. Lots of lies being told…gave them a second chance and same thing all over again and unfortunately I will never shop here again. Went to another Ford dealership bought a car and was treated with respect.
