Would give a 10 out 5 if I could. These guys fixed two Apple laptops that Apple said could not be fixed. Struggled with this until a friend recommended Digital Friends. Service was outstanding, and the cost was very reasonable. Digital friends owns my tech business!

I have had only ONE type of service from the staff at Digital Friends. The service was excellent!!!. They could source for my wants, either recycle or new()if needed.

Just had another great experience with Digital Friends. A few months ago I got a laptop battery for a very good price, they ordered the battery and it came in two days. Today I had another keyboard installed and extra work on the laptop since it was shutting down after only a minute. I had spilled a drink on the keyboard...yea, I finally joined that club! The price was only $60 tax included. So, I got a good price, fast service and a free smile from PamNow, about the two whiners below, I talked on the phone to DFI three times and they were always polite and helpful......you both have an unwarranted high opinion of yourselves...for you to whine about something that is truly insignificant and I am sure, inaccurately portrayed, is pathetic....what are you, a three year old...so if you want to know where the problem really is.......just look in the mirror

Do not phone them, you will get ignored. I usually do not right reviews but I just tried to phone them for an inquiry, someone picked up the phone but no answer (mean while I could hear someone) I said hello (waited couple seconds, still no answer) I said I’m just phoning for an inquiry and then got the on hold music. Taking business elsewhere.
