I've used this car wash for years- never really had a problem. Today the deluxe car wash did not clean my car at all - to the point where I felt the need to call the business to tell them I don't think their side sprayers were working properly. The owner was respectful and told me he would get in touch with his nephew who was there and give me a call back. The nephew called. Told me my car must have had 'grime' and it was a touch less car wash so it can't clean really dirty cars and I should go to a brush wash. My car is not covered in 'grime' and when I go thru a car wash the expectation is for my car to be cleaned after. He offered me nothing and basically told me to pound salt. I took many pictures and told him I could send them so he could see - he wasn't interested. I could literally swipe my finger on my car and wipe thru the dust after the deluxe wash. Please don't waste your money on this place. I told them I will not be back and he said 'well that's ok, have a good day and hung up'. Great customer service:(

Car wash didn't work for me. Technician was not onsite, was asked to wait 10 minutes until he got there to resolve the issue. He was there in less than 5 minutes and helped quite a lot! I certainly experienced some user error and he was happy to assist. Great service and a great wash!

Did not clean my truck at all. I have 'a girl truck' and doesn't get really dirty. And this was after the $10 deluxe wash ! ?

Good price, quick and simple. Sometimes a bit of a line so keep that in mind if you’re in a rush. I just switch the engine off and chill.

To many spots my credit cards won't work. Can try in one and not work and goto the next it does. Happened to many times.

One of the best values for a touchless car wash in Sarnia. Great to keep the salt off the underside of the car with the undercarriage blast. If your car is filthy don't expect it to get everything but it's a huge improvement over driving a dirty car. The only other downside is that because it's such a great deal there can often be a lineup, especially on a nice day.

Come here every week to clean out and wash my car for cheep. And not to forget bath the dogs. Easy equipment to use and affordable. And might as well make the most of your visit and throw a load of laundry in at the same time? we gettin 3 birds stoned at the same time!!!!

Disappointed with the touch free car wash experience. My car ended up damaged, and the cleaning was subpar. Unhappy with the overall service and the condition of my vehicle post-wash.

I love this car wash. Once there was a problem with the timer on my car wash. The owner/manager posted his phone number and I left a message. I got a call back and a refund. The equipment is well maintained and cheaper than some of the other car washes. I like that I can pay with my Apple Watch or iPhone. A+
