From the moment my vehicle was dropped off, Friendly staff, front desk, I was informed every step of the way. I felt like they knew what they were doing and they wanted me to know what they were doing. Always texting me with results and updates or calls. Seamless pick up vehicle looks terrific, Excellent customer service I have never been to garage this well organized. Thank you Saint Clair auto I have my baby back and it looks terrific.

As I walked in (upset from my accident) I was greeted by a friendly secretary. (Rare these days) She helped me figure out what was going to happen in regards to papers, what I needed to find, bring in, drop off etc, appt and time of repair. Then I was greeted by the advisor who took care of me throughout the whole process. I had literally absolutely NO stress of leaving my car to be fixed from being hit on hywy. When I say my car looks amazing, I mean, my CAR LOOKS AMAZING. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. Quick and professional. Can't even tell anything ever happened.
This is the second time with this company and I will continue for the rest of my life. Just the whole process was professional and outstanding customer service leading with empathy. Truly makes all the difference. I will recommend this company and all employees to everyone. All around throughly pleased and happy with my experience from start to finish. I have full confidence in any work they have done, and will do.

CSN repaired my vehicle after being rear ended. I have 0 issues with the repairs as everything looks great. It did take a little longer than they had originally anticipated, but there were some other findings after they got the vehicle for those setbacks. Would go again. Thanks CSN

St Clair Auto was professional and polite. They kept me informed of my vehicles repair status and took care of arrangements for a rental vehicle while mine was in the shop. Excellent experience with St Clair Auto. They kept me updated every step of the process and the staff was kind, courteous and friendly. They were easy to contact and extremely helpful. I didn’t have to worry about any part of the process. They dealt with my insurance company directly and didn’t miss one detail. They even detailed my vehicle before it was returned to me.
